11 Division HQ under command to the Security Force HQ - Central organized a lecture on 'mental balance & improvement' on Wednesday (6) at the 11 Division headquarters in Pallekele, Kandy.
The lecture was conducted by Lieutenant Colonel Samantha of Sri Lanka Army's Directorate of Psychological Operations.
The main intention of the lecture was to improve the positive thinking among them for life progress and own improvements.
