The Battalion Training Instructors’ refresher course of the 58 Division Headquarters, Puttalam began on Wednesday (1) with the participation of instructors of the Advanced Training School.
The course that covers 19 working days is based on trainer-trainee method is attended by 03 Officers and 47 Other Ranks and will terminate on 23rd December 2021.
As per the guidance given by the Commander, 1 Corps and under the supervision of the General Officer Commanding (GOC), 58 Division, the course curriculum has been planned to mould specialized instructors.
The opening address was delivered by the Commander, 583 Brigade, Brigadier J.M.S.G.B Jayamaha on behalf of the GOC, 58 Division.
