The certificate-awarding ceremony of the ‘Skill Development & Innovations’ Training program- Phase - 03 for troops of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force (SLAVF) culminated on 27 April 2023 at the SLAVF Multi-Functional Hall.
Major General W.A.S.S Wanasinghe RSP VSV USP ndu, Commandant, SLAVF was the Chief Guest in the certificate-awarding ceremony where 21 troops followed the Course.
The course was held from 19 December 2022 to 27 April 2023 where workshops and field visits were undertaken to enhance their knowledge, competence, skill development and innovations.
The project continued under the close supervision of Major General M.T.K.R Silva KSP, Deputy Commandant, SLAVF.
Principal Staff Officer, Inspector of Training, Colonel Logistics, Colonel Military Secretariat, Colonel Administration, Recruiting Officer, Colonel Welfare, Colonel Audit, Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks of the SLAVF were present during the awarding ceremony.
