The Logistics Commander, Security Forces (West), Brigadier H.M.S.I Senarath, visited the 1st Engineer Services Regiment on 12 November 2024.

Under the direction of Major General W.L.A.C Perera RWP RSP USP, the General Officer Commanding of 24 Infantry Division, a one-day specialized Outboard Motor (OBM) training was conducted by the Sri Lanka Navy on 12 November 2024 at Oluvil Harbour.

Under the guidance of Major General K.A.U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, General Officer Commanding of 11 Infantry Division, the troops of the 10 Gajaba Regiment (GR) built a new house for a low-income family in Panvila, Kandy.

Under the guidance of Mrs. Kalyani Wijeratne, the Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLAMC-SVB), a scholarship programme was conducted on 09 November 2024 at the Army Hospital Auditorium, Colombo.

The Sri Lanka Army Hockey Team, which recently triumphed in the inaugural ‘Next Gen’ Premier League Hockey Championship 2024, was invited to the Commander’s Office at Army Headquarters on 12 November 2024 to honour their victory.

Major General B.K.G.M.L Rodrigo RSP psc IG, the Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Volunteer Force visited 5 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI), 2 (V) Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, 4 (V) Sri Lanka Army Ordinance Corps and 1 Sri Lanka Rifle Corps on 09 November 2024.

The 10 Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) commemorated its 34th anniversary on 02 November 2024 at the 10 SLNG Headquarters under the guidance of Major S.B.J.C. Semasinghe, the Commanding Officer of 10 SLNG.

The Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law (HR & IHL) Advanced Course - No 28(Officers) concluded on 30 October 2024 with a brief ceremony at the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL) in Kukuleganga.
