Upon the instructions of Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, the Commander of the Army, a Christmas celebration programme was successfully conducted on 23 December 2025 at Abimansala 3 Wellness Resort.
The Directorate of Legal Services, Human Rights and Humanitarian Law, successfully conducted the Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law Course No 31 (Officers) from 24 November 2025 to 23 December 2025 at the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL).
Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, paid visits to Abhimansala 2 in Kamburupitiya, Ranaviru Sevana in Ragama and Mihindu Seth Medura in Attidiya in 23 December 2025, in keeping with the spirit of Christmas and goodwill.
The certificate and trophy awarding ceremony of the Army Inter-Regiment Combat Rifle Shooting Championship 2025 was held at the Sino–Lanka Friendship Auditorium of the Sri Lanka Military Academy on 22 December 2025. Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
