Fifth Annual General Meeting of SLACAL-SVB

The fifth Annual General Meeting of the Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture & Livestock Seva Vanitha Branch (SLACAL-SVB) took place on 10 August 2024 at the Regimental Centre, Karandeniya. Mrs. Varuni Kulatunge, Chairperson of the SLACAL-SVB graced the event as the Chief Guest.

Donation Program by SLASC - SVB

Under the guidance of Mrs. Chandi Rajapakse, Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLASC-SVB), and under the supervision of Major E.R.S. de Silva Lsc, Commanding Officer of 5 SLASC, along with Mrs. Inoshi Fernando, member of SLASC-SVB, a donation program was held at ASC School, Thisawewa, on 3 August 2024.

SLCMP-SVB Visits Ranaviru Sevana – Ragama

Under the supervision of Mrs. Manisha Kothalawala, Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Seva Vanitha Branch (SLCMP-SVB), a donation programme was organized by SLCMP-SVB together with 1 SLCMP at Ranaviru Sevana, Ragama, on 16 July 2024. The programme aimed to enhance the mental stability and wellness of permanently injured War Heroes undergoing recovery and rehabilitation.

SLCMP-SVB Organises Donation Programme for CSDB Students in Rathmalana

Under the guidance of Mrs. Manisha Kotalawala, Chairperson of the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police Seva Vanitha Branch (SLCMP-SVB), a donation programme was organised on 13 July 2024 by SLCMP-SVB in collaboration with 1 SLCMP at the Ceylon School for the Deaf and Blind (CSDB) in Rathmalana.

The Army Seva Vanitha Unit (ASVU) managed 'Viru Kekulu' pre-school in Diyatalawa had their Annual Sports Meet on 02 August 2024 at the 'Viru Kekulu' playground setting the stage for kids to showcase their talents under the theme ‘Mickey Mouse’.

Following an initiative taken by Mrs. Priyanga Wickramasinghe, Chairperson of Mechanized Infantry Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (MIR - SVB), 28 pregnant spouses of Other Ranks and civil employees received basic maternity essentials on 31 July 2024.
