Army Base Hospital - Colombo (ABH-CBO) organised an awareness programme themed "Healthy Army Healthy Nation" at the Regimental Headquarters of Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police on 10 July 2024. The programme aimed to educate troops on critical health topics including heart attack, stroke, prevention of sudden death, healthy diet and nutrition, early detection of cancers, and stress management techniques.

The lecture was delivered by Lieutenant Colonel E.A.A Sujith Chaminda, the Chief Editor of the ‘Ranaviruwa’ magazine of the Directorate of Media and Psychological Operations.
