Certificate Awarding Ceremony for Sinhala Language Diploma Held in Batticaloa

The Certificate Awarding Ceremony for the Diploma in Sinhala Language, organized by the Civil Citizen Council of Batticaloa, took place on 31 August 2024 at Nithis Hall, Sandiweli. Major General S.A. Kulatunge RWP RSP VSV USP psc, Commander of Security Forces (East), graced the event as the Chief Guest and awarded certificates to 350 students during the ceremony.
