The Colours Awarding Ceremony of Wickramabahu National School, Gampola, for the 2023/2024 academic year was held at the school auditorium on 21 November 2024. Major General K.A.U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 11 Infantry Division, attended the event as the Chief Guest.

Under the guidance of Major General P.K.W.W.M.J.S.B.W. Pallekumbura RWP RSP ndu psc, General Officer Commanding of the 12 Infantry Division, a school accessories donation Programme was held at Agunakolawewa Vidyalaya, Sooriyawewa, on 21 November 2024.

The event took place at the Cenotaph War Memorial of the Viharamahadevi Park, Colombo.

The Commando Regiment Seva Vanitha Branch (CR-SVB) held its monthly meeting on 16 November 2024 at the Commando Regimental Centre in Ganemulla, under the guidance of Mrs. Samindie Wickramaratne, Chairman of CR-SVB.
