The Sri Lanka Signal Corps Seva Vanitha Branch (SLSC-SVB) donated a sewing machine to the spouse of a soldier, a mother of four children, to support her in launching a home-based business on 31 October 2024 at the School of Signals.

SLACAL-SVB Supports Pregnant Mothers with Essential Aid Packs and Nutritional Guidance

The Sri Lanka Army Corps of Agriculture and Livestock Seva Vanitha Branch (SLACAL-SVB) donated 50 essential maternity aid packs to pregnant mothers of SLACAL, as well as to mothers from surrounding villages in Karandeniya at the Regimental Headquarters on 26 October 2024.

A new housing project for Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) War Heroes was initiated under the direction of Major General Y.A.B.M Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commander Security Forces (Central) and Colonel of the Regiment of Sri Lanka Light Infantry (SLLI) with the supervision of Mrs. Darshanee Yahampath, the chairperson of SLLI Seva Vanitha Branch (SLLI-SVB).
