543 Infantry Brigade Troops Conduct Beach Cleaning Programme at Pesalai Beach – Mannar

In celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army, troops of 543 Infantry Brigade, along with its subordinate battalion, organized a beach cleaning programme at Pesalai Beach, Mannar, on 28 September 2024.

11 Infantry Division Troops Assist in Successful Conduct of Mahiyangana Raja Maha Vihara Procession

The annual procession of Mahiyangana Raja Maha Vihara was successfully conducted on 17 September 2024. Under the guidance of Major General K.A.U Kodithuwakku RSP USP psc IG, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 11 Infantry Division, the troops played a pivotal role in assisting with the arrangements and ensuring the smooth flow of the religious event.

Troops of 10 (V) ESR Complete Sanghawasa Building Construction

Brigadier General Staff of 1 Corps intervened to assist an elderly man critically injured in a road accident on the highway in Kilinochchi. Despite bystanders hesitating to provide aid, the Brigadier General Staff promptly rendered assistance to the man. He swiftly lifted the victim to the Kilinochchi hospital ensuring the urgent care and support.
