ITC Minneriya Implements Team Building Programme for Army Personnel

The Infantry Training Centre (ITC) in Minneriya conducted a specialised training programme on 9 October and 20 November 2024, aimed at enhancing the mental wellbeing and camaraderie of Army personnel. The programme, consisted of outdoor team building exercises, held at the ITC sports ground and was designed as a framework adapted from civil institutions.

An Indian dance workshop was conducted on 25 October 2024 at the Directorate of Army Bands & Performing Arts by an Indian dancer, Mrs Moumita Pal. Four Officers and ninety Other Ranks of the Directorate participated in the session.
