59 Div GOC Given Farewell Salute

The outgoing General Officer Commanding (GOC), 59 Division, Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya was presented a Guard Turnout and a formal Guard of Honour at the 59 Divisional Headquarters in Nandikadal on Thursday (11).

54 Division New GOC Takes Over Duties

Brigadier Indrajith Bandara of the Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment assumed duties as the 8th General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 54 Division in Mannar on Monday (8) in a formal ceremony. The newly-appointed General Officer Commanding was warmly welcomed in a Guard Turnout and a parade on his arrival at the 54 Division Headquarters.
