SFHQ-Central Troops Bring Bush-Fire Under Control

Troops of the Security Forces Central (SF-C) rushed and assisted to extinguish a sudden bush fire that erupted in the general area of Ohiya in Rahangala Divisional Secretariat on Tuesday (25). Troops on the directions of Major General Keerthi Costa, Commander, Security Forces - Central immediately reached the location and doused the spreading fire with the support of civilians who volunteered. Dry weather spell has caused the ignition.
