681 Infantry Brigade troops of the 68 Infantry Division under command to the Security Force HQ- Mullaittivu on account of the New Year, coincident with the Army Commander's instructions to the same effect distributed gift packs among 11 civil employees working in the 681 Infantry Brigade Headquarters on the New Year day (14 April).
On account of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, troops of the Security Force Headquarters-Mullaitivu (SFHQ-MLT) added their contribution and gave away dry rations packs and gift parcels to 28 civil employees working at the SFHQ- MLT.
The conceptual guidance given by the Commander of the Army prompted the Security Force HQ-Central (SFHQ- C) also to donate a stock of dry rations to civil employees serving the SFHQ-C on account of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year festival.
