Troops of the Security Forces Headquarters (Central) conducted a blood donation campaign at the Army Base Hospital, Diyatalawa, on 22 April 2026, following a request from the National Blood Transfusion Service of Teaching Hospital, Badulla, under the guidance of Major General K.A.W.N.H. Bandaranayake USP, Commander, Security Forces (Central).
Troops voluntarily donated blood to replenish the blood requirement in the hospital.
