Troops of 6 (Rft) Sri Lanka Armoured Corps organized a blood donation campaign on 28 March 2026 in collaboration with the Blood Transfusion Unit of the Trincomalee General Hospital.
The programme was conducted to support the national requirement for blood, addressing the prevailing shortage across the country. Army troops voluntarily donated blood, displaying their commitment towards the wellbeing of the civilian and the healthcare sector in the area.
