The Directorate of Army Benevolent Fund (ABF) conducted awareness lectures at the Regimental Headquarters of Sri Lanka Armoured Corps on 24 February 2026 and at the 14 Infantry Division on 03 March 2026.
The lectures were conducted by Colonel K.A.D.C.J. Kodithuwakku, Director of ABF. During the sessions, he delivered a comprehensive presentation on the objectives, functions and benefits of the Army Benevolent Fund. The Director also explained the proper procedures to be followed when forwarding applications and emphasized the importance of submitting complete and accurate documentation through the correct administrative channels to avoid delays in processing.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the lectures.
