The Senior Non-Commissioned Officers’ (SNCOs’) Leadership and Career Development Course No – 58, conducted by the Combat Training School (CTS), Ampara, concluded with a certificates awarding ceremony on 14 February 2026.
The closing address was delivered by Brigadier A.K.C.S. De Silva RSP ndc, Commandant of CTS.
A total of 45 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers successfully completed the course. Staff Sergeant G.V. Sampath RSP USP of the 1st Regiment of Special Forces was awarded the Best Student of the course.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Rank instructors participated in the ceremony.
