The Directorate of Plans conducted a workshop for its Officers on “Formulation of Accurate Technical Specifications” at the Multifunctional Hall of Army Headquarters on 17 October 2025.
The session was conducted by Brigadier L.S.D.N Pathirathna RSP USP, Director Quality Assurance and Inspections. This initiative aimed to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of military procurement processes through a better understanding and practical application of specification formulation techniques.
