New Director of Directorate of Budget & Financial Management Assumes Office

Brigadier M.K.S.S De Silva of the Sri Lanka Army General Service Corps assumed duties as the 17th Director of the Directorate of Budget and Financial Management on 13 October 2025 during a brief ceremony held at the Army Headquarters.
