The Non-Commissioned Officers’ Leadership and Career Development Course - 61 concluded with a certificate awarding ceremony on 16 September 2025 at the Combat Training School (CTS).
73 Non-Commissioned Officers from various Regiments of the Sri Lanka Army attended the nearly one-month residential course at CTS. Lance Corporal D.M.L.S. Gunarathne of the 9th Battalion the Gemunu Watch was recognised as the Best Student of the course.
Brigadier A.K.C.S. De Silva RSP ndc, Commandant of CTS, graced the certificate awarding ceremony as the Chief Guest and delivered the closing remarks. The Chief Instructor, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the ceremony.
