The Troops of 15 Battalion Sri Lanka National Guard (SLNG) constructed a new house for a needy family at Earlalai (South) in Mylankadu on 08 August 2025, under the guidance of 51 Infantry Division and supervision of 511 Infantry Brigade.
The event was graced by Major General M.P.N.A Muthumala USP psc, General Officer Commanding of 51 Infantry Division as the Chief Guest.
The construction was made possible through a generous financial contribution by Reverant S. Wesley Ariarajah and facilitated by Vanni Aid Canada, with coordination efforts led by Major General Ravi Rathnasingham (Retd). Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and family members participated in the event.
