Troops of the 23rd Battalion of the Gemunu Watch (GW) organised a donation and de-mining awareness programme for children at Muhamale RCTM School on 14 June 2025.
Major General M.N Fernando RSP, General Officer Commanding, 52 Infantry Division, graced the event as the Chief Guest. The initiative, funded by Hallo Trust De-Mining Organization, provided school items worth Rs. 200,000.00 to 33 children.
Senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks, the Principal, school staff and children participated in the programme.
