The 9th Sri Lanka National Guard (9 SLNG), in collaboration with the Blood Bank, Kurunegala Teaching Hospital, organised a blood donation campaign at the Battalion Headquarters in Heraliyawala on 08 June 2025.
This was conducted under the guidance of Major General K.D.M.L Samaradivakara RWP RSP ndc psc, General Officer Commanding of 57 Infantry Division and under the supervision of the Commander of 571 Infantry Brigade, to invoke blessings on war heroes who laid down their lives during the humanitarian operation in Sri Lanka.
