Under 22 Asian Boxing Tournament was held from 12 May 2025 to 23 May 2025 at the Sugathadasa Indoor Stadium in Colombo.
A total of 243 participants from 24 countries took part in this tournament and the players representing the Sri Lanka Army secured the following achievements:
• Lance Corporal H.K.N Perera of the 3 Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corps (SLAWC) secured a Bronze Medal.
• Private K.W.S.M.A Dasunpriya of the 3 Sri Lanka Army Service Corps secured a Bronze Medal.
• Private N.M.M Narasinghe of the 7 SLAWC secured a Silver Medal.
The Army players participated in the event under the guidance of Major General P.K.W.W.M.J.S.B.W Pallekumbura RWP RSP ndu psc, Chairman of the Army Boxing Team.
