The troops of 23 Infantry Division arranged a formal ceremony to bid farewell to the outgoing General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 23 Infantry Division, Major General P.S Subath Sanjeewa RSP nps psc, on 21 June 2025 at 23 Infantry Division.
In accordance with military traditions, a Guard Turnout and a Guard of Honour were accorded by the troops of the 7th Battalion the Gamunu Watch upon his arrival. During the All-Ranks tea, the GOC interacted with all ranks and extended his gratitude for their commitment during his tenure at the Division.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the event.
