Sri Lankan Army Athletes proudly secured 09 Bronze medals at the 1 st CISM Military Muaythai Challenge, marking a remarkable achievement on the international stage. Competing against elite military fighters from around the world the team showcased exceptional skill, discipline and resilience throughout the tournament.
The event, organized for the first time in history by the International Military Sports Council (CISM) was held from 8 to 14 July in Bangkok, Thailand. It brought together over 100 athletes from 20 countries, showcasing the global spirit of camaraderie and competition among military forces.
