The World Sepaktakraw Championship 2025 inconjunction with the 38th Thai King's Cup 2025 was held in Hat Yai, Thailand from 22-27 July 2025. 16 top-ranked countries in men’s and women’s categories were represented. The Sri Lanka national Sepaktakraw Team showcased exceptional skill, achieving the following results:
Hoop Event (Women) – Silver Medal
Rule Event (Men) – Bronze Medal
Rule Event (Women) – Bronze Medal
Code Event (Women) – Bronze Medal
Miscode Event – Bronze Medal
The Sri Lanka Army Men’s and Women’s Sepaktakraw Team participated in the event under the guidance of Major General K.J.N.M.P.K Navaratne RWP RSP, Chairman of the Army Football Committee.
