The Sri Lanka Army Taekwondo Committee conducted a two-day workshop from 20 to 21 August 2025 at the Panagoda Army Indoor Stadium.
Major R.B.N Rathnayaka of Sri Lanka Army Service Corps, together with Mr. G.L Sajith Jayalal and Mr. Rasindu Jayasingh, Senior Lecturers of the Institute of National Sports Science, conducted lectures and practical sessions.
Nearly 60 Taekwondo instructors and black belt holders representing various regiments took part in the programme.
The programme conducted under the guidance of Major General H.H.K.S.S Hewage RWP RSP USP rdcs psc, Chairman of the Committee, and supervision of Brigadier K.A.D.C.R Kannangara RSP ndc, Director of Army Sports.
