The Sri Lanka Army Men's Basketball Team secured their third consecutive Championship at the 13th Defence Services Basketball Finals 2024/2025, held from 21 to 24 July 2025 at the Commander Parakkrama Samaraweera Memorial Indoor Stadium, Welisara.
In a gripping final, the Army team defeated the Sri Lanka Air Force Men's Basketball Team with a 79–65 victory. Private P.S.M Gamage of 1 Sri Lanka Army Service Corps was named Best Player of the Match, while Lance Corporal K.W.A Kamathewaththa of the 6 Gajaba Regiment earned recognition as the Best Defensive Player.
