The Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment (SLSR) conducted an informative lecture on Mental Health and a Satisfying Life on 03 July 2025 at SLSR premises.
The session was conducted by Brigadier (Dr.) R.M.M Monaragala USP, the Director of Directorate of Army Preventive Medical & Mental Health and Consultant Psychiatrist, and his team from the Army Mental Health Unit.
During the programme, the participants were educated on mental health and how to achieve a satisfied and successful life as a military person. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in this informative lecture.
