The 15th Sri Lanka Force Protection Company (SLFPC) took part in the ‘International Cultural Festival 2025’ held at the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) Headquarters in Naquora on 28 May 2025.
The Sri Lankan stall featured traditional food varieties and beverages prepared by SLFPC troops. The cultural and calypso team entertained the audience with Sri Lankan folk dances and musical performances during the event.
The Head of Mission and Force Commander, UNIFIL, Lieutenant General Aroldo Lázaro Sáenz, graced the event. The Contingent Commander of 15th SLFPC, Lieutenant Colonel D.K.D Vithanage RSP VIR, and fellow peacekeepers represented Sri Lanka at the event.
