The Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) Aviation Unit Contingent Pre-Deployment Training Course No. 11 – Stage II, conducted in preparation for the MINUSCA mission, concluded on 21 November 2025 at the Institute of Peace Support Operations Training Sri Lanka (IPSOTSL).
Brigadier Y.M.S.C.B. Jayathilake RSP USP, Commandant of IPSOTSL, graced the ceremony as the Chief Guest and delivered closing remarks before presenting certificates to the participants.
The programme, conducted from 27 October to 21 November 2025, trained 3 Officers and 21 Other Ranks of the SLAF. The course enhanced participants’ theoretical and practical understanding of UN operations.
Senior officers, officers, and instructors of IPSOTSL participated in the event.
