The Security Force Headquarters - West organised a lecture on ‘Reducing Non-Communicable Diseases’ at the Army Physical Training School Indoor Stadium on 09 July 2025, under the guidance of Major General U.K.D.D.P Udugama RWP RSP USP ndc psc, Commander, Security Forces (West).
The session was conducted by Brigadier (Dr) Maureen Wijewardane (Rtd), Brigadier R.M.M Monaragala USP, and Major A.S.K Udugama, focusing on promoting healthy lifestyle practices, managing stress, and the importance of proper nutrition.
