The School Items Donation Programme was successfully held at the Headquarters of the 24 Infantry Division on 10th August 2025 with the aim of supporting the education of children.
This programme was made possible through the generous financial contribution of Dr.Vijitha Nagendram, whose kind gesture enabled the distribution of essential school supplies to 103 children belonging to the soldiers and civil staff serving in the Headquarters of 24 Infantry Division. During the programme, students showcased their talents through captivating singing skills and oratory performances.
The event successfully concluded under the supervision of Major General H.C.L Galappaththi RSP USP, General Officer Commanding of 24 Infantry Division.
