The 2025 Padavi Children’s Rally, organised by the Dharma Teaching and Bible Service Centre at St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Anuradhapura, took place from 8 to 10 August 2025 with the participation of around 450 students from Grade 6 to 11 and 50 teachers from schools in the North Central Province.
At the request of Father Nobert Andraradhi, Bishop of the North Central Province, logistical and material assistance were provided by the troops of 21 Infantry Division under the guidance of the Commander, Security Force - Wanni and the supervision of the General Officer Commanding of 21 Infantry Division. Support included manpower, essential items, equipment, a child protection lecture, and practical training sessions.
