Major General G.P.P. Kulatilaka ndc assumed duties as the 29th General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 23 Infantry Division on 23 June 2025.
Upon arrival, he was accorded a Guard Turnout and a Guard of Honour from the troops of the 7th Battalion the Gamunu Watch. Later, the GOC received a comprehensive briefing on the Area of Responsibility (AOR) during a staff presentation.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks participated in the event.
