Major General K.T.P De Silva RSP ndu psc, Adjutant General of the Sri Lanka Army, assumed duties as the 27th Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Service Corps (SLASC) on 02 July 2025 at the Regimental Centre, Panagoda.
In accordance with military traditions, he was honoured in a Guard Turnout at the entrance, followed by a Guard of Honour.
The day’s proceedings concluded with an All-Ranks tea and at that occasion new Colonel Commandant addressed the troops. Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
