Major General T.A Peiris (Retd) ptsc, Passes away on 27 June 2025 after a brief illness at the Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital. He was 55 years old at the time of his demise.
The mortal remains of the late Senior Officer will repose at Jayaratne Funeral Parlour (The Respect) in Borella, from the evening of 29 June 2025 onwards for final respects.
His funeral, with full military honours, will take place at the new crematorium, General Cemetery in Borella on 30 June 2025 at 03.30 p.m.
