ICRC Head of Delegation Pays Courtesy Call on the Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna)

Mrs. Angelique Appeyroux, Head of Delegation for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Colombo, paid a courtesy visit to the Security Forces Headquarters (Jaffna) on 08 April 2026.

Upon arrival, she was warmly welcomed by Major General K.J.N.M.P.K. Nawarathna RWP RSP ndu, Commander, Security Forces (Jaffna). During the meeting, both parties engaged in a cordial discussion on matters of general concern.

At the conclusion of the visit, mementos were exchanged to mark the significance of the occasion and she penned her compliments in the visitors’ book.
