Major General T.C.M.G.S.T Cooray RWP RSP USP ndc psc, the General Officer Commanding (GOC) of 11 Infantry Division attended the Prefect Investiture Ceremony of Swarnamali Girls’ College, Kandy as the Chief Guest on 01 July 2025.
During the ceremony, 124 students received their symbolic laurels.
Senior Officers, Officers, Principal, teachers and students participated in the ceremony.
