The Directorate of Army Bands & Performing Arts (Directorate of AB & PA) celebrated its 11th Anniversary on 31 July 2025 with a series of events, under the guidance of Brigadier T.T.P Siriwardene RSP ndc psc Isc, the Director, Directorate of AB & PA.
From 30 July to 01 August 2025, the Directorate organised a series of religious observances, including a Hindu blessing at Wallawaththa Kovil, a Catholic service at Katubedda Church, a Dhamma sermon at the camp premises, and an almsgiving programme for the children of the Deaf School in Ratmalana, followed by a musical session with the participation of all ranks of the Directorate.
