Commander Security Forces Appreciates the Troops Engaged in Rescue Mission Of Horrific Ella- Wellawaya Bus Accident

The Commander, Security Forces - Central Major General K.A.W.N.H Bandaranayake USP, on 13 September 2025, made a courtesy call and interactive session at Security Forces Headquarters (Central) for the troops, who engaged in the rescue mission of the horrific Ella Wellawaya bus accident, to appreciate their brave acts during the tragic accident. The Commander, Security Forces - Central emphasised and appreciated the social responsibility in assisting the general public during such disastrous situations and praised them for their commitment during the mission.

The Brigadier General Staff, Commander 112 Infantry Brigade, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks who contributed to the rescue mission were participated in the event.
