Major General C. Kalutharaarachchi of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechanical Engineers assumed duties as the 38th Commander of Headquarters Logistics Command at the Army Headquarters on 09 October 2025 during a brief ceremony held at his office.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks participated in the event.
