Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Army, graced the Sports Meet of Nalanda Buddhist College, Kandy, as the Chief Guest on 4th March 2025.
Upon his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by the Director, Ven. Narampanawe Ananda Thero and the Principal, Dr. Ven. Katakumbure Dhammarama Thero of Nalanda Buddhist College and was ceremoniously escorted by the school band.
During the award ceremony, he presented prizes to the top performers and the winning houses, recognising their sportsmanship.
