Army troops conducted a school stationery distribution programme for 120 students representing 11 schools in Karainagar area on 04 January 2026 at the Cultural Hall, Karainagar.
The programme was generously sponsored by Sri Murugan Company, Kurunegala. During the event, each student received a complete stationery pack, including a school bag and essential learning materials to support their academic activities for the forthcoming school year.
Major General M. R. Razick RSP ndu, General Officer Commanding of the 51 Infantry Division, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Mr. Suresh Murugan, owner of Sri Murugan Company, principals, parents, officers and other ranks participated in the event.
