Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, the Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, graced the Experience Sharing Workshop of the Special Infantry Operations Course No. 78, held at the Regimental Centre of the Sri Lanka Light Infantry, Panagoda, on 22 January 2026. The Special Infantry Operations Course is designed to enhance soldiers’ endurance, strategic thinking, and small-team operational capabilities.
Major General U.K.D.D.P. Udugama RWP RSP USP ndc psc, Commander, Security Forces (West), Principal Staff Officers, Major General K.L.I. Karunanayake RWP RSP ndc, Commandant of the Army Training School (ATS), Maduru Oya, Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks, were present at the event.
