Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Army, graced the Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Joint Services Language Training Institute, Kothmale, on 20 February 2026.
Upon his arrival, he was warmly welcomed by Major General E.N. Kulakurasuriya RWP RSP psc, the Commandant of the Institute and was accorded a Drive pass in accordance with military traditions.
During the ceremony, certificates were awarded to the successful participants of Tamil Language Course No. 107, English Language Course No. 20 and French Language Course No. 17.
The event concluded with the Chief Guest posing for a group photograph with the course participants.
Senior Officers, Officers, and Other Ranks of the Institute were present at the occasion.
