The gold medal-winning team of the Sri Lanka Army, who brought honour at the 9th Pakistan Army Team Spirit Competition (PATS) 2026, met Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf-ndu psc IG, Commander of the Army, on 19 February 2026 at Army Headquarters.
During the meeting, the Commander of the Army extended his heartfelt congratulations to the team for their outstanding achievement in securing the gold medal for the second time in the competition’s history. At the end of the meeting, the Army Chief presented letters of commendation and tokens of appreciation to the winners.
